Pricing we publish. If we don't, someone else will.
Why the number is on the page
When a firm hides its price, the buyer doesn't stop asking. They ask a competitor, or a forum, or an answer engine, and they get a number the firm never set. We have watched that happen to our clients' sales teams. We are not going to let it happen to ours.
So the price is here. It is a considered number, not an apology and not a dare. We built this model so that companies at your stage can have intelligence that used to be gated behind a Fortune 500 budget, and we priced it to make that possible without making the work disposable.
How the model works
Every intelligence product starts at the same price for a defined base scope. You choose the depth. You add scope if you need it. The number you see is the number you pay, and you know it before the first conversation ends.
| Tier | Starts at | What it adds | |---|---|---| | Core | From $7,500 | The decision answered. The one screen, the full deliverable, the Evidence Locker, and Ask Rathvane. Base scope as defined on each product page. | | Extended | From $14,500 | Core, plus the comparisons: cross-competitor views, second-order analysis, the layer your sales and product teams will use. | | Full | From $24,500 | Extended, plus the scenarios: what competitors do next, how you respond, and the triggers to watch so you know when it's starting. |
Add-ons: $1,250 for each competitor, market, or product line added beyond the base scope, at any tier. [PLACEHOLDER: confirm whether the $1,250 add-on is flat across tiers and company sizes]
Why "from." The base price covers a defined scope for a company of a given size. Larger companies have more to look at: more products, more markets, more competitors who matter. The price rises with that, and the estimator below tells you where you land before you talk to anyone. [PLACEHOLDER: decide whether the company-size bands are published on this page or shown only in the estimator]
Over $500 million in revenue. We scope those by conversation. The work is the same. The scope rarely fits a table.
The free snapshot stays free. One page on what the answer engines say about you. No tier, no add-on, no catch.
Three questions, then a number
The estimator asks three things and returns a figure you can put in an email.
- Roughly what is your annual revenue?
- Which intelligence do you need? (If you're not sure, say what you're trying to decide and we'll tell you.)
- How many competitors, markets, or product lines beyond the base scope?
That's it. No email required to see the number. [PLACEHOLDER: confirm the three estimator questions and whether the result is shown without capturing an address]
What's in the base scope
Each product page defines its own base scope, and the Core price covers all of it. As an example, Competitive Intelligence Core covers [PLACEHOLDER: confirm base competitor count] named competitors, each with a full dossier and a battlecard, plus the market picture and a CEO action agenda. Extended widens the set and adds the cross-competitor analysis. Full adds war gaming, scenario planning, and a trigger watchlist.
Everything at every tier ships with the first screen, the Evidence Locker, and Ask Rathvane. Those are not upgrades.
Packages
Four packages bundle three products with a synthesis that joins them, for situations where one question is really three.
- Market Domination. Competitive intelligence drives pricing drives go-to-market, for companies scaling hard or entering a market with real money behind it.
- Revenue Acceleration. Digital growth, the sales playbook, and pricing, joined into one picture of how a lead becomes cash and where it leaks.
- Launch Ready. Brand positioning, go-to-market, and digital growth in the order a launch actually runs, with the dependency chain mapped.
- Fundraise and Scale. Capital strategy, growth strategy, and competitive intelligence, with the fifty hardest investor questions answered from evidence.
Package pricing follows the same model, and the estimator handles it. Each package is described on the intelligence index.
The quarterly re-capture
This does not require a retainer. If you want one, it will be for a reason you can see.
The only recurring work we offer is the re-capture: the same questions, the same surfaces, a quarter later, side by side with the first set, so you can see what moved. Nobody can produce that comparison after the fact. It requires having taken the first photograph.
Nothing else is a subscription. No dashboard, no monitoring fee, no relationship priced by the month. If the first engagement did its job, you will know exactly what to do and won't need us to do it. That is the point.
Pricing questions
Why publish prices at all? Nobody in this business does. That is the reason. A buyer who can't find your price assumes the worst, or asks a machine and gets a number you never set. Publishing it costs us some negotiating room and saves you a week of guessing. We'll take that trade.
What does "from" mean? Is this a teaser? No. "From" means the base price for a company of a given size and a defined scope. The estimator gives you your actual number in three questions, without talking to anyone. If the number changes after that, it's because the scope changed, and you'll see why.
What is not included? Travel, if you want us in the room. Implementation, if you want us to execute the recommendations rather than hand them to you. Additional competitors, markets or product lines beyond the base scope, which are priced on this page. Everything else, including the Evidence Locker and Ask Rathvane, is in the tier.
Do you discount? Packages and multi-product engagements are priced as a set, and the estimator shows it. We don't run promotions and we don't negotiate the Core price. We would rather publish a number we can stand behind than one we expect you to argue down.
How do we pay, and when? [PLACEHOLDER: confirm payment terms, deposit, and accepted methods]
