The consultant that ships with the work.

Every Rathvane deliverable comes with its own consultant. Not a chatbot bolted onto a PDF. An assistant trained on your engagement, your captures, and the research beneath the page, that answers the question you actually have, which is usually "where do I start?"

What it knows

What you read in a deliverable is visible above the surface. Beneath it sits sixty to seventy percent more: the captures behind every claim, the sources those captures leaned on, the working analysis, the cross-checks that caught what the first draft got wrong, and the parts of the method that chose what to gather. Ask Rathvane holds all of it.

It also holds what you gave us. If you shared one brief, it knows your brief. If you routed a multi-person intake, it knows what your head of sales said and what your head of product said, and the gap between them. If you shared nothing, it knows that too, and it will tell you which answers would change if you did.

What you can ask it

Where do I start? The question every reader has and no twenty-eight-document deliverable answers on its own. Ask Rathvane gives you the one move, who owns it, and by when.

Show me the proof. Ask about any sentence and it names the captures that sentence leaned on, with the date and the source. If the evidence behind a claim is thin, it says so before you do.

What changed? Every re-capture adds a layer. Ask what moved since the last one: a competitor's price, a page that disappeared, an answer engine that now names someone else. The locker is a record, and the record has a direction.

What if? Within the war-gaming products, ask what happens if a competitor cuts price, enters your segment, or loses its founder. The scenarios are built from the captures, and the assistant will tell you which parts are evidence and which are reasoning.

Across products. If you hold more than one Rathvane product, Ask Rathvane reads across them. The pricing intelligence informs the competitive picture. The perception intelligence informs the positioning. One question, every engagement you have with us.

What feeds it

InputWhat it adds
Public and subscribed sourcesThe baseline every engagement starts from. Captured, dated, hashed.
Your intake, if you share oneCalibration. The answers sharpen to your situation instead of a generic one.
Your other Rathvane productsContext across domains. Strategic problems never live in one.
Re-captures over timeChange. What moved, when, and what it means for the next decision.

The depth of the answers rises with what you choose to share. The intelligence is finished either way.

What it will not do

It will not state a fact it cannot trace to a capture. Where it is reasoning, it says it is reasoning. It will not see inside any model, promise an outcome, or tell you what an answer engine will say next month. And it will not use your engagement to answer anyone else's question. Your intelligence stays yours.

The same assistant is coming to this site, trained on every page, every product, the pricing sheet, and the method we are willing to publish. Ask it what we would do about your competitor, what a package costs, or why a prompt cannot do this, and judge the answers the way you would judge the work.
