That sentence is the promise. This page is the test. We guarantee the quality of the intelligence, measured against a standard we publish before you buy. We do not guarantee a business outcome. Markets move, competitors respond, and decisions are yours to make. What we can stand behind is that the work you receive is sourced, checked, and honest about what it does not know.

The standard, for every intelligence product at every tier:

1. Every claim carries a capture. A dated screenshot, document, filing, or recording in the Evidence Locker, so you can see what we saw.
2. Every number traces to a primary source. Not to another firm's estimate of it. Where only estimates exist, the deliverable says so.
3. Every uncertain finding is labelled as uncertain. Confidence is stated, not implied.
4. The deliverable answers the question in your intake. If you briefed us on a decision, the one screen addresses that decision.

• Scope you added after intake, or questions the intake did not ask.
• Quarterly re-captures and retainers, which are priced as updates to accepted work.
• The third product in a package once two have been accepted; the refund applies to the product that fell short.
• The Enterprise Competitive Intelligence Suite, which runs under its own agreement.
• Disagreement with a conclusion. The guarantee covers whether the work meets the standard, not whether you like the answer. If you can show a primary source we missed that changes the finding, that is a standard failure and it is covered.
