Public data only, a hybrid, or everything. Your call.

Most firms treat intake as paperwork you have to finish before the work starts. We treat it as the first piece of the work, and we let you choose how much of it you want to do. Three modes, all of them producing finished intelligence.

Public only

You give us a company name and the category your buyers would type. Nothing else.

We build the entire deliverable from public and subscribed sources: filings, pricing pages, reviews, job postings, press, the answer engines, the archives of all of them. The deliverable tells you exactly what it leaned on, and that is the point. This is the same view your buyers, your acquirers, and the machines already have of you, assembled by someone who looks at it the way a stranger does before deciding whether to trust you.

Best for: a first engagement, a diligence target you cannot approach, a board that wants the outside view, and anyone who cannot share anything yet.

Hybrid: one brief

A single page from one person. What is the decision, who are the competitors you care about, what have you already ruled out, what number keeps coming up that you never published. Enough for us to calibrate to your situation, not much more than you would write in an email.

Everything the public-only mode produces, now aimed at your decision instead of a generic one. The brief is held in confidence, is never used to train anything, and never leaves your engagement.

Best for: most engagements. Speed with calibration.

Private intake

Your head of sales sees things your head of product does not. We route short, role-specific questions to the people who know, and we read the gaps between their answers. Those gaps are often the first finding, and you have it before the engagement properly begins. Where it helps, you share the internal data that only you hold: win-loss notes, pipeline, pricing history, the deck the board actually saw.

Best for: the deeper products, war-gaming, a pricing decision, a raise, and any engagement where the answer depends on what only you know.
