Start with the decision

We don't need a long RFP. We need to understand what decision you're trying to make and what intelligence would change how you make it.

From there, we'll tell you exactly how we'd approach it, what you'd receive, when, and what it costs. If we're not the right firm for the question, we'll say that too.

The form

Name Work email Company Role The decision you're trying to make (a few sentences is plenty) Which intelligence, if you know (optional: Competitive Intelligence, Online Positioning Diagnostic, Agent Readiness, Public Perception, Industry Outlook, or something else)

Submissions are screened by an automated spam filter that scores each message. A real person reads everything that passes. [PLACEHOLDER: confirm the contact email address for people who prefer not to use the form]

What happens next

1. We read it and think about it. Within one working day, you'll hear from a person, not an autoresponder. If your decision maps to one of our products, we'll say which and why. If it maps to none, we'll say that.

2. A short conversation. Thirty to sixty minutes, by phone or video. We ask the questions you haven't thought of yet. You leave with a scope, a timeline in working days, and a number. The number matches the pricing page.

3. You decide. No follow-up sequence. If you want to proceed, the intake opens: one brief, a multi-person intake, or nothing at all, your choice. If you don't, you keep whatever we told you in the conversation. The gap analysis we do while scoping is yours either way.

If you'd rather see the work before you describe the problem, ask for the snapshot. One page on what the answer engines say about your company: what they say you are, who they name instead of you, the one page most responsible, and one correction you can make yourself today. Every answer captured with its prompt and date.

We make ten a week. Nobody calls you.
