Agent Readiness Diagnostic
What do the machines say about you when a buyer asks, and why?
Not what you say. What the machines say back.
Finished intelligence, not raw material. Here is what lands in your hands, every line of it linked to a capture.
- Read: every captured answer, verbatim, with who got named instead of you and what your own pages let a machine see
- Verify: which of your claims an independent source confirms, and what the fine print says to a reader that reads all of it
- Act: where a machine stops when it tries to reach a price, retrieve your terms, complete your form, or request a quote
- Govern: a position on what you permit, refuse, and escalate to a person, with the reasoning shown
- A four-by-four grid of sixteen cells, each backed by a capture, that visibly changes between quarters
- A correction register sorting every wrong or missing answer into pages you own, pages you can ask to change, and pages you can only outweigh, with an owner and date on each row
- An Evidence Locker: every claim links to the captured answer, its prompt, its date, and the source it leaned on
- Optional re-ask at 30, 60, and 90 days after a correction, shown side by side with the original
Structured method. Primary sources. A person who signs off.
A structured method decides what gets gathered: public and subscribed sources, your intake if you choose to share one, and the frameworks that fit the question. Every claim is checked against a primary source and linked to a dated capture in the Evidence Locker. A person who knows your name reviews it before it ships, and Ask Rathvane, the consultant trained on your engagement, holds the research beneath the page. AI is our infrastructure, the way imaging is a surgeon's. The judgment is ours.
You bring the decision
One brief, a multi-person intake, or nothing at all. All three produce finished intelligence.
We gather and check
Public and subscribed sources, your intake, the frameworks that fit. Every claim checked against a primary source.
You receive the one screen
What is wrong, what it costs, the one move, three fixes, and where the proof sits. The full deliverable and the locker sit behind it.
Scope and pricing, published.
The entry price covers the base scope below. Depth is a tier. Scale is an add-on with a published unit price. Published prices apply to companies up to $100M in revenue; above that we scope in the first conversation.
One page: what the machines say you are, who they name instead of you, the one thing most responsible, one correction you can make today.
One company, one buyer category, four answer systems. Free, ten made a week. · Delivered in within 7 daysSix documents across Read, Verify, Act and Govern, with every wrong answer traced to the page that taught it and sorted by who can fix it.
A company without a legal team · Delivered in confirmed at intake daysTen documents: Core plus the procurement register and the internal half, what your own people paste into machines and what your automated systems say to customers.
A company with a procurement function · Delivered in confirmed at intake daysMore is more, and the price is on the page.
Base scope: One company and the buyer category its customers would type, across four answer systems.
Three things people want to know.
Can I see one before I buy?
Yes. Ask for a redacted sample and we will send a real one from a comparable engagement, with the captures intact.
What if the evidence is thin?
The deliverable says so. Where a claim cannot be checked against a primary source, it is marked as reasoning, not fact. We would rather hand you a gap than a guess.
How much do I have to share?
As much or as little as you choose. One brief, a multi-person intake, or nothing at all. The depth of calibration rises with what you share; the intelligence is finished either way.
Every claim links to a dated capture of its source.
A skeptical reader can click any sentence and land on the evidence. Ask Rathvane, the consultant trained on your engagement, answers from the research beneath the page.
